No one is courting litigation coming to their door but I do think as they go after like bigger projects like these centralized stablecoins that's a lot of resources. If people fight you have to like dig your heels and then spend a lot of bandwidth on it which you can only kind of engage in so many times right. So just because there's not a lot of noise maybe like nothing's happening or we forgot where we left it with DeFi Miller. As a public service here I think like can we remind everybody where we are once our existential crisis clear on DeFi issues in the US.
