When Do I Use a Microwave When My Coffee Gets Too Cold?

When my coffee gets too cold, I have to put it in the microwave for 60 seconds. But research says nuking your food is actually not that good and could be bad for you. So when I do have a little bit of time, I like to use the stove or the oven. If you heat something up in the oven or on the stove, especially on a low flame, not too much heat, just a long cook, it tastes better. It really does. Once again, I am guilty.
