Autumn Ride in the Bakery

"I wasn't actually supposed to be at the bakery today. It was my morning off but I was up to something special and my staff certainly didn't mind," she says. The mix of warm and cool air was one of her favorite things about baking in the fall. "The sight of them rolling like waves falling like bright raindrops again, it was pure joy."
