There are different strategies we might want to think about if we're going to create long term behavior change. If you deploy a tactic, say a nudge, that is obviously only going to e the decisions you make in that environment. And it's not changing anything except the stimuli you encounter in that one setting. But more generally, i would say that there's not a lot of distinction made in the res literature between those different types of change. Maybe there should be, but we don't have evidence that it is.
