H and m doesn't make the fabrics and materials it uses in its clothing. Most of that work is done by clothing manufacturers who work with h and m, as well as many other companies. The manufacturing process is more omissions intensive than the design and sales process. If h and m wants to reduce its omissions, it needs to focus mostly on the processes of the manufactures it works with.
