The Importance of Self-Assessment

I tend to be hard on myself in the ratings here are strongly disagree Disagree slightly disagree slightly agree agree strongly agree and I'm one of those that has a tendency to not put strongly Agree or disagree. So keep that in mind because my overall score was a 63 So not great at all according to this scale.
