The Importance of Courage in Government

In the government or in the private sector, you can't go wrong by going down to the user level and finding a problem that they need solved. So if I tried to offer an example, let's just imagine Lieutenant Brennan in Korea, it's 1996, 97, and I'm taking over an anti-tank platoon. And when you take over any sort of organization, the first thing you do is inventory the equipment. In today's day and age, there's probably some enterprising sergeant or corporal or lieutenant who can go out and write a computer vision program. There's support for that reimagining process and then the resources that come with it.
