Breathwork - How to Relax Before Sleep
i have a very difficult time shutting off my mind. It's like the mind is running and running and running. And i'm curious if there are any particular breath works that are beneficial o to do before sleep. When you're breathing in, you're increasing your heart rate, your boosting energy. So holding your breath is actually a much better way to relax than taking a big inhale.
