Is It Possible to Harden Electronics?

i think we could see a tremendous amount of debts. I mean, scores of millions, if not a billion people would be without electricity. We'd have systems in place that were thatcou you get dependent on your technology. The one thing i think the pandemic brought to light is how fragile the system is.
