Pretty quickly you'll want to discuss details and nuances of our practice that aren't easily captured in traditional literature. Today these guilds are more commonly known as professional learning communities. These communities offer you the opportunity to learn from others, find support and provide the space to reflect on your work. But a community doesn't magically appear right in front of you.
