How to Communicate With Clients and Stakeholders

Communicate what you need to communicate to your clients. Don't necessarily let them behind the curtain as we mentioned with the Wizard of Oz thing. They don't need to know all the tricks and the mechanical Turk example where it was a robotic chess player then underneath there was a little man playing chess. It's an illusion. Back to doing the illusion that it's all about entertaining but making sure that the show goes on.
