The History of the Stress Tests
Bloomberg Wall Street reporter Shinali Basik joins Tom Busby to talk about the nation's banks. He says stress tests were set up after the 2008 financial crisis as a way for regulators to test the health of the financial system. This year has been an interesting one because three major banks in the U.S. failed, and they ended up failing for reasons different than what was in the stress test themselves.
