Do You Defer Your Interruptions More Than You Do?
Between seven and 19 times per hour, we get interrupted. Try to make it a point to defer your interruptions more than you do. I used to stop what i'm doing and address them, but now i'll finish whatever i'm doing and then address them. Once i get that task done, i can then focus on that secondary task.
