I understand from some of the podcasts that you really think reading academic articles and research in general is something everybody should be doing, not if they're actually in academia or not. I first want to ask before he asks more questions regarding this, why do you think it is that so few people, even if they subconsciously know the value of doing it, just don't? Two of the biggest barriers in academia is one money. To read a 5 to 10 page article is going to cost you £20, £25, maybe more. So money is the obvious one. And then the second one is the perception of stupidity being dumb, not understanding, intelligence, whatever word you want to put
