What Are Shares and Options Scams?
Shares and options scams are when someone offers to buy your shares but has no intention of actually buying them. Enron, which was at the time the seventh largest company in the US, used shell companies to move their money around so they could show that they had less debt on their name. If you don't understand how a company's making money, that's kind of a red flag. Like if you're like, down this company, super profitable, but I don't really get how, sometimes that's a red flags.
