The Red Line Question

We probably draw the line at anything that impinges on their personal life. We tend to try and have the restraint to just focus on the work. And i think that's been to our benefit in the sense that people really seem to appreciate that we don't really care about anything about their personal lives, other than the stuff that might inform their creativity. I got a sense of him as a person far more than i had from anything that i'd seen or heard with him before. He did sit on joe, put a plastic bag over his head and start punching him. That's never happens to us yet. Never say never.
