What Do We Know About Judge Kazemaraki?
This is the biggest abortion case since the Supreme Court overturned Roe last year. The lawsuit was filed back in November by a group of anti-abortion medical associations and doctors. It specifically targets the FDA's decades old approval of Miffa-Pristone, that is the first drug in the medication abortion process. Judge Kazemaraki is a Trump appointee and he is someone who conservative activists have really sought out because they know they are likely to get favorable results.
