Algorithms Can Generate New Structures

Algerthms can generate new things that we haven't seen before. So the cars arer ting the traffic. The traffic is causing the cars to respond. If some car in front or behind gets too close, than move to another lane,. It's harder to do that in algebra. It could be done in principle, but now we can do this algarithmically. And iam saying that algarisms are natural language for process. You could look at what i've been calling processes in biology as algarithms. Not to say algerthms describe everything.
