How to Give Great Product Demos

Product managers need to think about who the audience is that you're demoing for. You could demo let's say for investors, you could demo for people who potentially are going to acquire you. And I could say as an investor, we will never have the context of your end user because we're not the end user. So you have to set it up for us. It's not about what you do. It's about why you're doing it and why it's a good solution for who the target customer is. The product team did seven demos before we even got to the demo for the partnerBecause every demo brought up something that we needed to resolve before we did the actual demo.
