The only real solution is to acknowledge how ridiculous this all is and then do the best that you can. That means taking personal responsibility for the role that technology and information plays in your life. So like, when you get an unsolicited push notification from someone, you need to think like, that company just paid $4.23 to send this notification to me. If you're okay with that, then fine, leave it. But if you're not, you must act on that right away and uninstall it.
