Our most valuable currency is relationship. We are interpreting stuff through our own highly personalized filter. Our context, what we hold to be true, is absolutely running the show. And this brings me to the topic that i really want to share with you to day. There isa. something that we humans do, and we do it unconsciously. But i think we actually kind of enjoy it - making up stories about other people. I can give you some examples of where we're constantly misinterpreting so and we don't know that we're misinterprets. All this leads to a lack of trust, alack respect a lack of collaboration, and it ends up affecting the bottom line
