What's the Hardest Thing About Podcasting?

I did not realize how much work it was going to be. Most of the people we've had on the podcast have extensive careers. And having a full time job and having three kids and doing all the prep work for the podcast was really a lot more work than i had anticipated. I do have a technique for memorizing scripts, and it's writing the dialogue down. Whenever i have a long monologue or a lot of pages of dialogue, i write it, and that always helps me memorize.
