Career Advice - Is My Job Title Hurting Me?

I love that we've had a few themes to night, and i feel like one of them has been career advice. I can't help but wonder how much my current title could be hurting me at times. So what on when you recommend that i take relative to my job title or other activities to develop my personal bran to set myself up for success in the future? A senior specialist title doesn't reflect everything that i do. For advancing my career, i'm probably going to
