The Importance of Leaders in Schools

Leaders are essential in terms of walking the walk and talking the talk. We all rub off each other, i think. A minimalism of channelling attention is a way to reduce distraction. I'm going to be a bit crecky here, crag, if you don't mind. beware the destruction adiction. And why would we have a full power point packed with all this different stuff? If it's not conducive to learning or an empathetic part of the conversation then that should change.
