Strength Training - Should I Need to Integrate Strang Training?

When you go to thee health professional that actually can point you the right direction, you recover quick. And i think that's so cool, because many times i hear from runners s like, "Oh, i historically have like, a bad knay" and it sounds like doing things like strength training and being able to build that thing back up is able to do that. But maybe a for someone who's listening in the pie cast right here, is like, should i need incorporate some strang training? I need to really get on to those things and and a and start to implement something.
