Film Festivals - Isn't It Vital?

I was talking to some young film makers who have only had their film shown on net flicks, and they have no dialogue with anybody. And i remember thinking that world trade centers came down, why aren't ther children's movies being made about folk tales from all over the world? Why aren't we having cultural exchanges in our story telling, too? I think ta that very that's a very critical problem. That definitely aminum.
