There's far too much around and not enough deals, we're in a gold rush. Stick to your guns, is my advice, because i've seen far too many crazy deals done. There isn't a variant of cash where you haven't got it that you can suddenly call cash. People are buying on that baad where you basy take. You look, at the end of the day, once you'v paid it and you've bought it, that's it. It. there's no easy fit.
