Fox News Sues Dominion for Defamation

A lot of people like Lee, and I don't know what his positions are on this case, but a lot of lawyers like him who defend media companies actually want Fox News to lose this case. That's pretty rare because these people are pretty close to being like First Amendment absolutists. The bar is very high in these cases for someone to prove that a media company is liable for defamation. In this case, it's the magnitude of the lies that are, it's just so extraordinary.
