Are You Casual?

It's not often easy to tell how you're being perceived by other people until you get that sort of punch in the gut. A lot of times when we are very casual with details and with facts, it is either to cover or it's at least perceived as covering for some deficiency. What they need is something definitive. So you need to tell them something definitive and be confident in it, but be specific about stuff because otherwise it can be perceived as you don't know what you're doing.
