Sally Kohn: When I got my DNA fit results, I'm actually pretty stoked where you guys are saying I'm highly trained on VO2 max and like some pretty interesting capabilities. But I was also interested in that you go pretty heavily on the diet side. And you look at things like carbohydrate sensitivity. How do you know from a carbohydrate sensitivity thing, whether someone's higher or low carb? She says if you can cut out the learning cycle, which from an Olympic athlete perspective, you're looking at years of, well, this works, but you don't see the results.
