The SPACs, Leslie?

Bird, a micro-mobility company, is going public on the New York Stock Exchange. And this transaction values Bird at something like 2.3 billion dollars. Plus and bird are two of the SPACs that were announced last week. The other was Virgin Galactic, which took a bit of a hit when it went public.
