We have lots of youngsters in this country that is the strength of this country and if you look at the Indian Saloon we are producing about 1.3 million say a year so lot of opportunities. India's skilled manpower will be a dominant manpower in the whole world's skilled manpower this is one thing which is changing the system very fast to evolve as a brighter and much technological advanced nation. So based on the aptitude of the child whether he either sciences or social sciences or engineering related or medical related research we need to encourage looking at the way it is only that there is a focus, sincerity and hard work.
