Drought forcing Arizona to limit home construction. Can this kind of city be sustained in a world where resources are starting to come apart? Well, apparently not because Las Vegas is starting to debate limiting its growth as well. And so, water in Nevada and is limited. And cities like Las Vegas and Las Vegas may halt all new construction. Kind of smart. I mean, I'm just thinking, I feel sad for these people. They're going to say, no, you can't live here, because there's nowhere for you to live anymore.
