Sonification of the Milky Way

The James Webb Space Telescope takes infrared light that we can't see and makes it visible to create these incredible images. The sonification of the central area of our Milky Way galaxy uses three different kinds of light, x-ray light optical light and infrared light. It actually helps you hear how they complement each other and fill in some of the gaps in between. As you get closer and closer to the supermassive black hole at the center of our own Milky Way galaxy you hear this lovely little crescendo.
