The Problem With Balanced Budgets

CNN's John Avlon: Would you support an automatic sunsetting of some programs every five years? Avlon: There are lots of ideas that I was on the Budget Committee when Paul Ryan was chairman. He says Congress has shown over a couple hundred years they can't balance budgets. Avlon: The problem is these $6 trillion in able tiers to do things that we could never do and would never pass Congress.
