Respect for a Three and a Half Year Old
For me, respect is making decisions for children that they can't make for themselves yet. Children don't have a picture of what it's going to be like in school and how much they're going to enjoy it. And we know them better than anyone else. Can make those choices. Generally, many children are ready for pre school. That doesn't mean that maybe this child isn't.
