Is New Construction in a Historic District a Tax Credit?

New construction in a historic district does not quasify for the tax credits, but it is bound by the local guide lines. And if there's raw land in a historical district, again, would you still have to build something that looks historic on vacant land? Or you can do whatever you want, or it goes in front of the board, and they're problygoing to make you stick to yes. Is the target demographic of who rents this stuff? Is it trying to provide more affordable housing, or is it trying to p housing to people that want to live in something historic, or mix a bot yess market rate? I think i probably, you know, millennial and younger
