I think that for software entrepreneurs who have come from a coding background and now are building a business, it's hard to do this kind of split. You want people of that skill level, but you want them to be completely autonomous,. It just give you the thing, right? That is such a hard balance to strike. I got into a burnout situation myself because I thought nobody can ever do what I do, which obviously is not the case, right? But it made it hard with just to convince myself that it's fine if it takes some of my time.
