Do Fibre Types Matter for Endurance?

Fibre types do matter for endurance, but it depends on what test you're using. People with more type one fibres have better strength endurance than people with more type two fibres. Hypertrophy and strength don't matter as much to a great degree for endurance or hypertrophy. But fibre distribution probably matters at least a little bit for strength development.
