Is There a Future?

i'm naming all this because it's a scary future. There's more to who we are, nd to what's possible in our lives than living our moments possessed by painful, anticipatory emotions. i feel like one of the great gifts of a spiritual path is that it offers pathways for reo acting to our inner resources of love and courage and presence in the midst. It offers pathways that nourish our heart and spirit no matter what's going on.
