The Case of Lawrence v. Texas

In 1998, two men were arrested for allegedly having sex in their Houston apartment and charged with sodomy. Officer Joe Quinn has a different version of that story: Took them in custody, uh, forwarded them the opportunity to, you know, get dressed and they refuse. So we forced them to put some underwear on. The second story touches on a very current case that was just decided a few days ago. We'll meet the guy who brought that case, who critics say is basically destroying some of the most iconic civil rights law from the 60s.
