The Federal Government's Decision to Set a National Speed Limit
The US government doesn't have the constitutional authority to set a national speed limit on state roads, but they were able to do it because of federal highway funds. And so kind of the same thing with these universities, if you're going to be beholden, well, then you've got to do what the government tells you. But I am in favor of this decision because yes, if you's going to accept government money or if you're a government run university, government should not be discriminating based on a race.
