The Letter to Antioch, Syria and Silecia
The letter largely repeats the satements made by james at the conclusion of the council's deliberations. The apostles and elders of jerusalem want to appoint some representatives of jerusalem to accompany paul and barnabas back to antioch. We should recall that barnabas himself had initially been a representative of the jerusalem church sent to ant Antioch in er 11, verse 22.
