The easiest mind set that i have, or the most basic way that i think about sort of manager verseus individual contributor, is it's a shift in thinking about where success gets generated. In a corporate environment, there's not a lot of people who function as analysts. And so like, i'd like us to maybe talk about that just a little bit too.
