The manhattan project is an organized top-down thing that is run like a startup but it's the size of IBM. It took people at the top level of talent fine men and assigned them jobs to produce this incredible bomb. The other one i was thinking of is Shenzhen that's actually is very impressive but Shenzhen isn't just not a project so far.
