What I've Learned From the Open Philanthropy Experience
The founder of open fill talks about some of the success stories and mistakes he's made in his organization. He says that sometimes, when hiring people to work on a project, they don't know exactly what it is they're trying to do. And so i think we would have been better off sticking with a smaller, experienced team of people who had been working together for a long time. "It could be very disorning, am and just very hard to help some one succeed at that work," she adds.
