I think business is going to change out of all recognition. I'm doing a book called innovation sucks at the moment because the current view of sort of R&D funnels where you push a product to market will be completely reversed. Leaders really have a responsibility to understand change at a whole new level and become change agents, skillful change agents and change for the better.
