James Daymore, the Google engineer who famously wrote the Google memo about why there aren't more women coders. He was tired of these DEI initiatives that were in his view sort of artificially trying to sort of reverse engineer the culture so that there could be more women in these roles. And he used the word neurodicism as a way of describing a trait that is more common in women. That set everybody off and it was massively misinterpreted this memo.
