i had never heard of a timpano, and so i was moved by or bert's goang goge. Itis basically like a massive pork pie made out of paster, but with loads of other stuff inside. There are many different versions of this dish - they can be quite delicate. But our version is very heavy because there's a huge amount of salt in it. And i sort of can't stop eating it, which is really grows. Isn't it right that doctor fouche makes tempano? He does. I mean, i think he's kind of amazing.
