Is Ukraine Going to Be the Leading Edge of a Long Term Strategy?
President Biden announced that the Abrams tanks will be there but they will be produced for Ukraine's not to, not taken from stockpiles of the US military. It doesn't look like the US wants to repurchase some of the Abrams tanks that Egypt or other countries in the Middle East have. So it looks like the American tanks will arrive many months down the line if not years and it looks like a pretty extended commitment out there. The issue is, and I understand it because right now it's sort of a survival game. It's what does everybody have to commit to this?
